Pricing

Prices listed are in Canadian Dollars. All applicable taxes are extra. In the event of a pricing error Headwaters Home Improvement Centre reserves the right to change the price without notice. We also reserve the right to change prices based on changing economic and manufacturing conditions.
Pricing quoted will remain valid for 7 days. Prices displayed in printed literature or online PDF’s are for reference only. For accurate pricing please verify with customer service.

Sales Tax

Headwaters Home Improvement Centre is required to charge good and services tax and applicable provincial sales tax on all products and services. A valid exemption certificate must be provided prior to receipt of goods or services if exempt from either tax.

Payment Terms

Terms for established Headwaters Home Improvement Centre customers are Net 15 Days. If an account has not been established, purchases may be made through Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Debit.

If the purchaser fails to make payment within 15 days, Headwaters Home Improvement Centre may hold shipments until such payments are made, or may, at its option, cancel all or any part of unshipped order.

Limited Warranty

Products are warranted against defects in materials or workmanship only in accordance with the individual manufacturer’s warranty policy. If Headwaters Home Improvement Centre determines the product to be defective in workmanship or material, it will be replaced at Headwaters Home Improvement Centre’s sole option, as the buyer’s exclusive remedy.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with a stock product you receive from Headwaters Home Improvement Centre, you may return the product within 10 days from the time of receipt, for a full refund or exchange of the product you purchased. All returned items must be returned freight prepaid and in new and unused condition and still have their original package attached to them.

Headwaters Home Improvement Centre inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resalable items. Returns may be subject to restocking fees based on the return policy of the manufacturer, as well as shipping or other fees.
