These are extraordinary times and we want everyone to stay safe and healthy.

As a Full Hardware Store and Uhaul Depot, we are deemed an Essential Service so we are open to help you.
If you are facing an emergency situation, we can help you deal with it head on with our equipment rentals, vehicle rentals and essential supplies.

Our store is fully open to the public, however we must limit the number of customers in our store at any one time. We continue to follow and adhere to the province’s covid 19 protocols and regional restrictions.

Please note that prices are subject to change without notice at this time. Due to severe product shortages, product availability may suddenly change. We reserve the right to substitute an item no longer available with one of equivalent quality..

We are taking orders over the phone (519-833-0303) or by email (info@headwatershome.ca), and online. We are also offering free contactless delivery as well as curbside pick-up.

For those emergencies, we have implemented a 24HR phone number: 416-903-1841

At this time, to help our customers with time and efficiency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are implementing an online ordering system. Please have patience with us as you may encounter some bugs or incomplete product descriptions, and website navigation that is a bit awkward, while we work on this. Not all products that we have available have been entered into the online system at this time.

Delivery & Local Pickup Options

Please note that at this time, we do not have shipping options available. However, there are two options for receiving your order:

Free Delivery:

If you are within 30 km of our store in Erin, you will be given the option of Free Delivery if your order is over 100.00. The 30 km limit is a rough estimate and based on Canada Post postal codes. Note: It is possible that there are some “bugs” in the postal code system – if you are within 30 km and are not given the option of Free Delivery, please contact our webmaster at webmaster@headwatershome.ca

Local Pickup:

If you are within the 30 km range of our shop, or outside of it, you will be given the option of picking up your order. We will prepare your order and arrange with you a time to put it outside for pickup.

Local Pickup is preferred – even if you are within the 30 km distance, but we are offering this free delivery service to help as many people as we can who cannot make arrangements to pick up their order at our store.

We are working hard to get this system working for you and please ask for your patience as it is being developed.

We encourage you to order online and arrange for pickup or delivery.
