COVID-19 – What We Are Doing

We are committed to the health and safety of our customers and our staff and are watching closely the recommendations of both Government Health officials and other experts with respect to the evolving issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The health and safety of our customers and our team members at Headwaters Home Improvement Centre is of utmost concern to us. We would like our customers to know what we are doing including new procedures that we are implementing with this in mind:

Cleanliness In Our Store

Cleanliness has always been important to us, but with the outbreak of COVID-19, we are going even further with extra special attention to sanitization and have implemented a very rigid sterilization program of high-touch areas. These include and are not limited to door-handles, countertops and exposed sides, pin pads, tables and office desks, washrooms, and other equipment and products.

Ease Of Doing Business

We believe in trying to be as flexible as we can to support our customers and at this time, are accepting phone orders for paint and other supplies. You may call ahead with your order, and we’ll have it ready for you when you come to our store. This will help limit the amount of time you need to be in the store. You may call us at (519) 833-0303 to place your order and we’ll let you know the approximate time it will be ready for you to pick up.

Free Paint & Supplies Delivery

We have implemented, as of March 18th, telephone ordering of supplies and paint over the phone with delivery available free for anyone who does not want contact.

Please call us at (519) 833-0303

Health Of Our Employees

We are asking our employees to stay home and away from work if they experience any symptoms of the Corona COVID-19 virus, according to Health Canada guidelines. We would also ask our customers who are feeling unwell to remain at home and refrain from visiting any business that this time.

We are closely monitoring developments with this unique situation and will be following any requirements that Health Canada or Provincial/Municipal regulations might require. We are confident that this situation will evolve eventually with a positive outcome.

Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to serving you!
